Mission:
The Soaring Pearls of Southern New Jersey is an official interest group of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated®, dedicated to uplifting communities in Western Gloucester and Salem Counties.

Under the visionary leadership of our esteemed President, Sharon L. Hopson, we are a dedicated group of 47 committed women, each bringing professional skills and talents, focused on empowering African Americans and other minority families through our International Program Initiatives.

We have an unwavering commitment to fostering positive change in Western Gloucester and Salem Counties. Our mission is simple yet powerful: to enhance the quality of life in target communities, with a specific focus on African Americans and other minority families.
